Her favorite things about Greenville are the friendly people and how it’s maintained a small town feel while still providing access to everything anyone could want.  She loves that the upstate is a day trip away from both the mountains and the beach.  In her free time, Suzette enjoys spending time with her family, styling her home and enjoying the beach.

Courtney knows buying and selling real estate can be stressful so she always tries to go the extra mile and treat others the way she would want to be treated.

In her free time, Courtney loves trying out the many restaurants Greenville has to offer and watching her daughter play basketball or throw the discus or shot put. She attends Mitchell Road Presbyterian with her family and enjoys being actively involved in both her Community and Journey Groups.

To Courtney, Greenville is the perfect combination of big city and small town. She loves to travel, but she’s always excited to come home!

Chris White

Realtor

A native New Yorker, Chris fell in love with the Upstate of South Carolina while visiting a friend from college. After earning his Bachelors of Science in Economics he decided to move to the sunny south and leave the cold winters of New York behind. Chris cut his professional teeth in the restaurant world, working at several local restaurants in a management capacity. In 2004 he was given the opportunity to train as a residential real estate appraiser. He had found his passion! Real Estate! His wife and I have participated in about every aspect of Real Estate, from flips, to office space, to owning our own brokerage. They have done it all! He currently has his SC Brokers license and a SC Certified Residential Appraisers License. His expertise in all areas of residential real estate uniquely positions him to truly understand how it works, especially the valuation side. With over 20 years of experience rest assured Chris has been through the ups and downs of all types of markets and has the resources to effectively navigate even the most difficult transactions. Communication, attention to detail and tenacity are some of his strengths. The true mark of a real estate professional however, is knowing that it is not transactional, rather it is built on understanding, empathy and developing a relationship.

Tammy Kingsley

Realtor

Since starting my Real Estate career in 2008, I have enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers alike. Whether it is your forever home, your next stop or an investment property. I am here to help you with all the details of this all-encompassing life decision.

It is working with people and helping them that I enjoy most. I can also utilize my personal experiences as I have moved city to city, state to state and country to country. In those moves I have built new as well as renovated and refurbished an older home. I have also helped clients in most of these aspects as well. I have lived in many places, but Greenville is my home. It is where my heart is, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this dynamic growing city.

In my free time I enjoy being with my family. My husband and I have two adult daughters and a very spoiled dog. I am crazy over children and animals, but my actual hobbies are golf, gardening and decorating.
